A part of my car seat has been damaged/broken, what should I do?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your car seat. All claims need to be handled where you purchased your car seat to make the claim process as easy and efficient as possible.

We recommend to bring your receipt, along with pictures/videos of the problem, the car seat-ID (six digits on the back of the car seat, white label under the zipper) and a description of the problem to your retailer. If you bought the product thru our webpage or you can´t get in contact with your retailer then please reach out to us with the above information and we will help you.
