Part of my car seat has broken, what do I do?

Sorry to hear you’re having problems with your carseat. All complaints must go through your retailer where you’ve purchased your carseat. To make it easier for your retailer, please send them pictures, the carseat’s ID number and your receipt together with a description of the problem.
