A part of my car seat has been damaged/broken, what should I do?

If your car seat was purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer first.

To help them assess the issue, send your receipt, pictures or videos of the problem, the car seat ID number and a short description of what has happened.

If you bought the car seat directly from Axkid, or if you cannot get in touch with the retailer, please contact us and send the same information.
