How long do I have to return an item?

If you purchased your product directly from Axkid, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

We also offer an extended 365-day return period, provided that the product is unused and the original packaging has not been opened.

If you purchased your product from a retailer, the retailer’s own return policy applies.
