1. How to return your item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Fill out the form you find here. (Keep proof of submission.)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and seal the package carefully.
- Mark the package with your order number (from your order confirmation).
- Ship the item using a tracked courier which is insured appropriately and note the tracking number. Unless otherwise instructed, you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse and is received.
For Voluntary returns (non-faulty items): you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated below. For your protection we strongly recommend using tracked delivery and appropriate insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment if you arranged the return carriage.
When we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund as set out below under Refund timing.
2. 30-day return policy
Axkid offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the product. If you notify us within 30 days and the product is returned unused at your own cost, in the same condition as delivered and with original packaging and proof of purchase, you may receive a full refund.
3. 365-day unopened returns
We also offer a 365-day unopened return right: if the product is returned unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered, and you notify us and return the product within 365 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. This is a commercial policy and may be subject to additional conditions (for example promotional discounts, hygiene-related exceptions).
4. Pregnancy returns and refunds
Axkid provides a pregnancy return guarantee valid up to four weeks after the date of birth. To use this guarantee you must:
- Return the products unused and in original condition and packaging
- Provide a medical certificate (or other reasonable medical documentation) confirming the pregnancy or birth circumstance.

5. Products not returned in original condition
If a returned product has been handled more than is reasonably necessary to inspect it, i.e., used beyond what is needed to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund corresponding to the diminution in value. We will assess any such depreciation on a case-by-case basis and will notify you of the proposed deduction and the reason for it. You will be offered a chance to dispute the assessment. We will not deduct an arbitrary or punitive amount; any deduction will be a reasonable estimate of actual diminution.
6. How to exchange an item
To exchange a product for a different model or color, return the original product following the instructions above and place a new order for the replacement item on the Site. Once we have processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount in accordance with our Refund timing rules. If at the time of purchase, you have used a discount code, quantity discount or similar, you must contact customer support to get compensation so that you can reorder.
7. Complaint of faulty product
Axkid provides a 2-year commercial warranty for manufacturing defects from the date you receive the product. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund at Axkid’s discretion.
How to make a warranty/complaint claim:
- Contact customer support at support@axkid.com or via our contact form with: order number, description of the fault, and clear photographs or other evidence.
- We may request the item be returned for inspection (we will provide return instructions). For faulty items we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when required by law or where the fault is confirmed. The product warranty covers only manufacturing defects that existed when received the product. Original faults must be present and confirmed by Axkid.com. We reserve the rights to offer a warranty repair, replacement, or refund (full or partial depending on circumstance).
- After inspection, Axkid will confirm whether the defect is covered and offer repair, replacement, or refund. If no defect is found and the issue is due to misuse, we may charge for return shipping and handling.
8. Refund timing, shipping costs, and chargebacks
- Refund timing: When a valid refund is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 15 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable for voluntary returns unless we state otherwise.
9. Other important notes
- Proof of purchase: Always include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) with returns.
- Fraud & misuse: We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns where fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks for us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
- If returned merchandise is found to have been used, opened or is damaged, does not match your original purchase or otherwise fails to meet our return requirements as outlined above, it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% or – if inspected and found to be in unsellable condition – will be returned to you (plus additional return shipping charges).
- Please note that items returned without prior authorization from us will not be accepted for a refund.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.
- Order cancellation policy: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once you have received an order confirmation email. Should you change your mind after purchasing, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.
