The Minikid 4 Max is approved by the Swedish Plus Test and has been crash-tested beyond regular standards – meaning it has passed the toughest crash test in the world. This test measures the forces on a child’s neck during a frontal collision and sets some of the strictest limits in child car seat safety.

For more than 15 years, Axkid has tested the Axkid Minikid in advanced laboratory environments as well as real traffic situations. The result is a seat that guarantees a secure fitting every time, offering some of the highest protection levels on the market.

Extended Rear-Facing Safety

From months 61 cm up to 125 cm or 36 kg – the Minikid 4 Max is built to deliver extended rear facing safety with up to 30 cm of legroom and flexible adjustments that grow with your child for many years.

The extra-long back length and headrest technology with 13 manual adjustments allow children to travel rear facing for as long as possible, following the safest recommendations.

Easy Access

The Minikid 4 Max takes up less space than many other seats and is designed to give maximum convenience and safety in daily life. The magnetic harness holders keep the harness out of the way when placing your child in the seat, making it quicker and easier to get them seated correctly.

The CompactFit™-designed structure allows you to install three seats in a row in the rear seat. Despite its slim profile, the seat offers up to 30 cm of legroom – all while taking up 15 cm less space than many other similar rear facing seats.

With the 3-step recline, you can easily adjust the seating position according to your child’s age, height, or the seat’s angle.

The seat also features auto retracting tethers for a secure fit, and an integrated belt locking system to keep the vehicle belt in the correct position at all times.

Effortless installation

One of the biggest advantages of the Minikid 4 Max is how quickly and easily it can be installed. With a 6-step guide, the seat can be installed in a way that takes less than 60 seconds – making a big difference in everyday logistics.
