If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on Axkid.com you can easily return the item to us and receive a full refund. You have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive your product and open purchase for 365 days.
If you have received a damaged product please contact customer support via our online chat facility, Facebook Messenger or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Please read below for more information regarding complaints, warranty and right of withdrawal. Return reference and address will be supplied as required.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Fill out the form you find here
- Return the item you want to return in its original packaging. Seal the package carefully.
- Mark the package with your order number that you received with your order confirmation email.
- Return your purchase item and note the package number (traceable shipment) that you receive from your shipping company, you as a buyer are responsible for the shipment until it has reached our warehouse and is received.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and if items are lost or stolen during their return journey to us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service which is insured appropriately.
Your money will then be refunded to you no later than 14 days after we have received your package. Please note that we will not make any refund to you until we have received the relevant products from you and confirmed that they have not been damaged or used.
HOW TO CHANGE AN ITEM
If you wish to change your product to another product or colour, return the product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the product you desire. Once we have handled your return, you will receive your money back. See above for return terms.
If at the time of purchase, you have used a discount code, quantity discount or similar, you must contact customer support to get compensation so that you can reorder.
14 DAYS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you shop at Axkid.com you have the right to withdraw or cancel your order in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You have the right to return purchased products for a refund within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the products for any reason. The products must be returned unused, in the condition sent to you, and with the original packaging at your own cost. A fee may be deducted from your refund if the product is returned in a deteriorating condition or is not marketable, read more below.
If you would like to return purchased products, please inform us in writing through our customer support. You must enclose a copy of your proof of purchase with your returned product.
365 DAYS RETURN RIGHT
When you shop at Axkid.com, you have the right to return a product within 365 days and have the product refunded.
You have the right to return a product up to 365 days after your purchase, as long as the product is not damaged and is in original packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used.
PRODUCTS NOT RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
If the product has been used more than is necessary to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a price reduction corresponding to the depreciation incurred in connection with the handling. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The product therefore needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the product cannot be returned in an unchanged state, you need to contact customer support immediately to assess whether a return can be made.
COMPLAINT OF FAULTY PRODUCT
When you shop at Axkid.com you have a 2 year warranty on all products.
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer support. We may request a description of fault along with supporting images along with proof of purchase. We can then support you in securing the best solution to get you safely back travelling in your car as quickly as we can.
The product warranty covers only manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Original faults must be present and confirmed by Axkid.com. We reserve the right to offer a warranty repair, replacement, or a refund (full or partial depending on circumstance). The product warranty will not apply if upon inspection, no fault is identified or if the damage has been caused by misuse.
If the item is found not to be defective or faulty but as a result of misuse, there will be a charge applied for the collection and re-shipment. These are fees are as follows:
- Package with weight under 20 kg – £15.00
- Package with weight over 20 kg – £35.00
You as a customer are responsible for ensuring the safe return of your goods.
We therefore recommend the use of a trackable service.
If you cancel your purchase and wish to return your order, please contact customer support within 14 days of receiving your order notifying that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
