Use the function below if you want to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for an order placed on Axkid.com.
Enter your order number and the email address used for the order to continue. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is separate from warranty claims, complaints and our extended 365-day return right. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer support instead.

How to return your item
To return an item, follow these steps;
1. Fill out the form you find here.
2. Return the item you want to return in its original packaging. Seal the package carefully.
3.Mark the package with your order number that you received with your order confirmation email.
4. Return your purchased item using a traceable shipment and save the package number from your shipping company. As the buyer, you are responsible for the shipment until it has reached our warehouse and has been received by us.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and if items are lost or stolen during their return journey to us, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service which is insured appropriately.
Your money will then be refunded to you no later than 14 days after we have received your package. Please note that we will not make any refund until we have received the relevant products from you and confirmed that they have not been damaged or used.
14 days right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdrawal or cancel your order in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You have the right to return purchased products for a refund within fourteen (14) days of you receiving the products for any reason. The products must be returned unused, in the condition sent to you, and with the original packaging at your own cost. A fee may be deducted from your refund if the product is returned in a deteriorating condition or is not marketable, read more below.

365 days return right
When you shop at Axkid.com, you have the right to return a product within 365 days and have the product refunded.
You have the right to return a product up to 365 days after your purchase if the product is unopened, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used.
Pregnancy returns and refunds
Axkid.com has a pregnancy return and refund guarantee on all products. The guarantee is valid for up to four weeks after the date of birth. The guarantee means that you have the right to return the products if the pregnancy or delivery does not go well. When applying for this guarantee, the products must be unused, and you must be able to show a medical certificate. Contact Axkid Support for further information and help.
Products not returned in original condition
If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its properties and functions, we reserve the right to make a price reduction corresponding to the depreciation incurred in connection with the handling. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The product therefore needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the product cannot be returned in an unchanged condition, you need to contact customer support immediately to assess whether a return can be made.
How to change or exchange an item
If you wish to change your product to another product or color, return the product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the product you desire. Once we have handled your return, you will receive your money back. See above for return terms.
If, at the time of purchase, you used a discount code, quantity discount or similar, you must contact customer support for help so that you can reorder.
Complaint of faulty product
When you shop at Axkid.com you have a 2 year warranty on all products.
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer support. We may request a description of fault with supporting images along with proof of purchase. We can then support you in securing the best solution to get you safely back traveling in your car as quickly as we can.
The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Original faults must be present and confirmed by Axkid.com. We reserve the right to offer a warranty repair, replacement, or refund, either full or partial depending on the circumstances. The product warranty will not apply if upon inspection, no fault is identified or if the damage has been caused by misuse.
If the item is found not to be defective or faulty but as a result of misuse, there will be a charge applied for the collection and re-shipment.
