Warranty, returns and exchanges
1. Return period
When you shop at Axkid.com, you have the right to return a product within 365 days and have the product refunded.
You may return a product up to 365 days after your purchase, if the product is unopened, not damaged and in its original packaging. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and must not have been used.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for another product or color, return the product according to the instructions above and place a new order for the product you desire. Once we have handled your return, you will receive a refund within 14 business days. See above for return terms.
3. Manufacturer’s warranty
We have a 2-year warranty on all products. The product warranty covers only manufacturing defects that existed when the product was received. Original faults must be present and confirmed by Axkid. We reserve the right to offer a warranty repair, replacement, or refund (full or partial, depending on circumstance).
The product warranty will not apply if upon inspection, no fault is identified or if the damage has been caused by customer misuse. If the item is found not to be defective or faulty but as a result of misuse, there will be a charge applied for the collection and re-shipment.

4. How to return your item
To return an item, follow these steps:
1. Ensure you have all of the original packaging, and the product is in unused condition with all pieces included.
2. Include your order number or order confirmation with your package. Seal the package carefully.
3. Return your purchased item and note the tracking number (traceable shipment) that you receive from your shipping company of choice. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the shipment until it has reached our warehouse and is received.

4. Fill out the form you find here.
Your money will then be refunded to you no later than 14 days after we have received your package. Please not that we will not make any refund to you until we have received the relevant products from you and confirmed that they have not been damaged or used.
