At Axkid, we value your confidence in our products. That’s why we offer personalized video call support with our AXKID Safety Advocate, helping you feel confident that your car seat is installed and used correctly for every journey.

Our video calls may be booked for:

• Installation questions
• Fit-to-child/harnessing questions
• Questions about accessories
• Any other product usage questions

Note: Appointments must be booked a minimum of 4 hours in advance, and a maximum of 10 days into the future. Subject to availability. At this time, we offer video call support only for products purchased in North America.
