5. Privacy
Axkid™ is the controller in relation to processing of your personal data. Axkid™ is committed to protect your privacy and comply with the requirements of applicable data protection legislation. The term ”personal data” as used herein means any information which could be used to identify you, either directly or indirectly, for example in combination with any other information we may hold about you.
This privacy section of our terms governs our use of your personal data which Axkid™ may collect about you. It covers the collection of personal data via the Site, via the App, via our customer feedback survey or market research, from competition entry and from our pages on third party social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube.
We will collect personal data that you share with us when you sign up to our mailing lists or when you complete one of our customer feedback surveys or enter a competition. We may collect IP address, MAC address, other browser-generated information, e.g. browser type, operating system, date and time of access, how long a person looks at a website, what they look at etc. and location information. We may also collect personal data when you interact with us, or use any of our pages on social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube.
