On the shoulders of Bertil Aldman and a pioneering Swedish legacy

Inspired by the Apollo space program, Bertil Aldman embarked on pioneering research into rear-facing safety for children as early as 1963. His groundbreaking findings were so influential that they led to a shift in government recommendations, a change that has remained in effect ever since and saved many lives.

Axkid is founded by Tony Qvist and Tony Broberg

2011

Our first car seat launches in Sweden.

2012

We expand internationally and enter the stock market.

Axkid Minikid launches globally.
