Up to what period can I return my car seat?
- You can apply for a return up to 14 days from the date after you have had your car seat delivered.
How do I claim the guarantee?
- After you have had your car seat delivered and it does not fit – fill in the form here and we will contact you to help you with the fitting. If our experienced service team cannot help you fit your car seat we will arrange a collection within 3 working days. When the car seat is returned in its original package, labels and tickets intact we will refund your money.
