That’s why we are proud to announce that several of our car seats are now AGR-certified, officially recognized by independent doctors and physiotherapists for supporting healthy posture and reducing the risk of back problems.
Which car seats are AGR-certified?

- Minikid 4 Max, Minikid 4 Pro and One 3, achieve AGR certification when combined with the new Axkid Lumbar Support accessory

New accessory – Axkid Lumbar Support
The Axkid Lumbar Support is an easy-to-use cushion that attaches directly to the seat to provide gentle support for the child’s lower back. Once installed, it rests against the back to encourage a natural sitting posture and add extra comfort, particularly on longer journeys. With this accessory, both Minikid 4 and One 3 can now be offered as AGR-certified car seats.

How does AGR certification work?
AGR (Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.) is an independent German organization that works closely with doctors and hysiotherapists to evaluate products based on their ergonomic qualities. Only products that meet strict standards for back-friendliness and healthy posture are awarded the AGR seal of approval. The evaluation covers several important aspects, including:
An ergonomic seat should support the spine and allow for natural posture, with inserts and cushions that can be added or removed as the child develops. For newborns, a flatter seating angle and extra side support are essential.
The positioning and padding of the headrest reduce tension and provide safety in case of an accident. When the headrest is adjusted, the shoulder straps should automatically follow to maintain the right fit.
Breathable fabrics prevent overheating and sweating, while a lightweight but sturdy seat shell makes it easier for parents to handle installation or removal without strain.
Smart features like Isofix systems or swivel functions ensure quick and secure installation, while also making everyday handling smoother and more back-friendly for both child and parent.
